Lot is for a vintage 1928 published cook book--this is the GIRL SCOUTS publication KETTLES AND CAMPFIRES: THE GIRL SCOUT CAMP AND TRAIL COOK BOOK, and has the official Girl Scout logo on the title page.
134 page book is filled with recipes, illustrations, and camping tips.  Book is in overall good condition--complete, pages are secure, has some minor water staining on some pages, but no wrinkling or puckering of the paper.  The last two pages (index and endpaper) have some minor tears and creases, but otherwise the book is in good shape.  No markings.  Heavy paper stock covers are complete and in overall good condition with some wear and minor stains.  Staples show rust and has some rust migration on the center spread.  Upper staple is detached from cover, but bottom attachment is solid.
A really hard to find vintage Girl Scout publication in really good condition.
