Very nice LNA .05-3GHz 38dB gain, 17dBm P1 (50mW), and 1.5dB N.F. 6M - 2.304GHz! Enough gain and power to put your LNA at the antenna and have enough power and gain to maintain your low N.F. These also have very flat gain over the frequency span. A great bench amp to use in front of your spectrum analyzer etc. Supply voltage is +12V.
