PROFESSIONALLY SERVICED
Very nice Singer Featherweight 221 portable sewing machine.
This machine has been professionally serviced. It has
a new leather belt
new internal felt drip pad (eliminates musty odors by changing it)
original foot control with new wiring
and has been thoroughly serviced.
Technician has been factory trained by Singer along with other machine companies and 20+years experience fixing featherweights and other machines
It sews like a dream. The machine dimensions are
approximately
10 inches tall, 7 inches deep, 12 inches wide when the end is folded up, and 15 inches wide when unfolded.
The machine bed has very few, and minor pin marks. The gold decals are intact. Please refer to pictures.
One of the hinges on the back of the case is broken. See arrow on last picture.
Remember this machine is almost 73 years old
The serial number is AH569359 with a production date of APRIL 20, 1948
Unfortunately, I am moving and will have no where to store my 'collection' (my friends call it a hoard! The NERVE!)
