  • Condition: Nice used vintage condition with a nicely applied heavy duty solid wood board attached already so that you would not have to apply it when you get it It does need new needles I am a reseller so I do not know how to use this smocking equipment I was told by a pleater that this smocking machine appears to take 20 or 21 needles but I can not guarantee this You will have to look closely at the pictures to see how many rows and needles it requires Also the PICTURES ARE PART OF THE CONDITION DESCRIPTION The dark spots on the board section is not dirt It is knots in the wooden board underneath the plastic that is attached to the top of the wooden board

I will have to get a new shipping price for those states.   READ SMOCKING PLEATER GATHERING MACHINE PRO ATTACHED TO HEAVY WOOD BOARD VTG THIS MACHINE IS ALREADY ATTACHED TO THE WOODEN BOARD AND THE THICK BOARD IS PROTECTED WITH A PIECE OF PLASTIC.   THE WEIGHT AND SIZE OF THE PRO ATTACHED BOARD MAKES FOR MORE SHIPPING COST BUT THIS SAVES YOU A LOT OF TROUBLE HAVING THE BOARD ALREADY ATTACHED.  The thick solid board has been professionally attached with the screws underneath countersunk so they are not sticking out to snag anything.   The dark spot on top is just a natural dark spot in the wood board and is showing up through the plastic that is protecting the wood.  I don’t know anything about this machine and I have described it to the best of my ability.  It appears to be in great working order n the knobs turn freely. You will love this machine and also the board already attached.  No manual.  Some of the needles need replaced.
