How to change the needle in correct direction in case thread breaks
Raise the needle lever.
Hold the needle with one hand and loosen the timble screw with hollow shuttle with the other hand.
Take out the old needle.
The new needle plane must be pointed to the right ( in the direaction of the thimble screw ).
Insert the needle into the pinhole and push to the end.
Hold the needle with one hand and tighten the timble screw cap with the other.
Please note that if the thread is not install in the correct direction, then thread will break all the time.
The needle models applicable to our sewing machines are #11,#14,#16,#18, and the needle equipped with our sewing machine is #14
#11: Thin to medium-sized fabrics (shirts, undershirts, silk fabrics)
#14: Medium to thicker fabrics (common home clothes such as spring and autumn jacket fabrics)
#16: Thick fabric (denim fabric)
#18: Thickened fabric (such as coat)
Attention: Too thick and thin fabrics and smooth fabrics are not suitable for our sewing, will cause machine doesn't sew and stuck situation.
Solutions to common problems:
The machine is stuck, or stuck in a few minutes of operation, or the bottom thread is stuck.
Possible Reason: The fabric is too thick and the upper thread is too loose.
Solution: First of all, if machine gets stuck, please do not turn the handwheel forcefully.
Please turn off the power first, remove the sewing fabric (cut the thread), and then remove all the threads on the machine, and check whether the thread is stuck on the machine, including removing the bottom cable cover for inspection. After the inspection is complete, try to run the machine. Normally, it can be normally operated. Just reinstall the thread to start using it again. (If you don’t know how to install, please refer to our operation video)
Steps: Lift the foot switch （A）, lift the presser foot ( B ) to take out the cloth, open the bobbin cover ( C ) , cut and remove the wound thread, and then reinstall the thread.
Note: When installing the thread, pay attention to adjust the tension of the upper thread. If the upper thread is too loose, it will cause the sewing fabric and the bobbin thread will wrap at the bottom, which will cause the thread to jam. At the same time, our needle is number 14 needle, only suitable for medium to thicker fabrics (common home clothes such as spring and autumn jacket fabrics). Using too thick fabric will also make the machine stuck.
Sewing Fabrics
This kind of sewing machine can't sew too thick and too thin certain fabrics (like thick jeans), can't sew smooth fabrics, just can sewing ordinary thin fabric.
It is only suitable for simple sewing operations, non-professional sewing tools, can not do large-scale sewing work.
