I believe it is missing the piece that holds the thread on top of the machine. Selling as is - what you see is what you will receive. I’m not an expert with sewing machines but it appears nothing else is missing. It has been power tested and I tested the petal on it. Selected different numbers and needle was moving in the appropriate shapes.
