In working order and recently serviced, however backstitch feature is not working.
Includes the following:
Hard Cover Case, Presser foot, Power cord, additional LED light strip.
Accessory Tray, with bobbins, feet, tools, and straight stitch needle plate. (see photos)
Feet marked: A, B, B-clear, C, D, E, H, J, Edge, R, S & Buttonhole (all 13 Viking feet not aftermarket. B foot is on machine and not in tray)

Includes the following:
Hard Cover Case which has incomplete hinges, so it has been taped to stay together.
Soft carrying/storage case.
Hoops: standard, large and mega hoop.  The mega hoop has not been used.
Software: 3 Embroidery designs that have never been opened.
Condition of Sewing Machine:
Bought approximately in 2000-01.  It has had the touch screen replaced and not used much since that.  The function buttons on the left over the needle area were replaced with the corresponding computer board on 2/27/21 and not used since then.
Since servicing, there was 30 minutes of testing for previous function issues, and it seems to be mostly corrected.  The light cover is missing, and a new light strip has been added.  The backstitch button is still not working so have to turn project around by pivoting needle to go back and then spin around again to go forward.  Perhaps a more knowledgeable repair person can properly fix this. The backstitch button is also important to review how many sewing hours are on machine and when it needs servicing.  Machine has normal scuff marks from use.

The 30 minutes of testing was not sewing a project.
