Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
Notes:
This item was not fully tested since we do not have the proper resources.  When power was applied it booted up displaying the serial number and version.  It then continued to the first page with the time and date and ISE functions.  We were able to toggle through to other pages as seen in the images.  No further testing was performed.  Both electrodes are in good condition with no signs of cracks. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
