This is for parts only. I cannot remove the tip!!
The round cylinder is solid and I can not seem to losing any.of the ends to see inside.
The tip is either a push in to release the powder or this is missing a cap.
I tried to push in the tip and it will not move. When I pulled on the tip I did notice it statt to come out a little with is shown in pic # 9.. it moved out far enough to show some type of other round metal that must be used in the tip for what I think is a spring or something.
Previous owner  Engraved his initials and there's also a maker's mark which I do not know
So as I stated this is as is.
