Bernina L220 Coverstitch and Chainstitch Machine. Pristine Condition

I am the original owner. This item was purchased at the Bernina Sewing Center in  Overland Park, KS. Item was used a few times in the first 8 months of purchase and since that time the machine has sat unused, covered in my sewing room. Having extensor tendon surgery repair on my hand has required me to develop other hobbies.  Item is from a non-smoking, non-pet home. Item is different than normal sewing so having assistance from someone with expertise is helpful, but the end results are beautiful. For those who have never owned a overstitch there is a short learning curve, so please do not take it out of the box and just assume you will be finishing knits immediately; just as you would not be able to play a flute upon buying one. Threading the rear thread, and locking the stitch WILL require reading the manual. I did leave 3 of the threads for pulling the new threads through for the ease of threading. Taking photos of the threading will make it easier. For convenience, I took the manual, which to me is of poor design due to integration of several languages into each section vs having a section for each language, and compiled an exclusively English manual. For those who use a non-English language, the original manual is there. Items you will receive are in the photos.
