The coin has a rectangular shape, on the obverse and reverse sides there is an edging protruding along the perimeter of the rectangle. The side surface of the coin's is not serrated.

bottom right - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus; around it there is an inscription: RESPUBLIKA BELARUS; in the center - fragments of the painting "Waste Ground. The Old Nest" by the artist Ferdinand Ruszczyc, made using digital printing; below there is the denomination of 20 RUBLES, the year of issue; on the left - alloy standard.
