at the top - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and a circular inscription: RESPUBLIKA BELARUS; in the center - a stylized image of the city and an angel hovering over it, framed by a ribbon with the inscription ANEL-AHOЎNIK; under it the face value: 50 RUBLES (for gold), 20 RUBLES (for silver) and 1 RUBEL (for copper-nickel); on the left - alloy test (for gold and silver); on the right - the year of minting.
