    The coin is round in shape with a raised rim on the obverse and the reverse. The coin’s edge is grained.

    at the top – the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus, below it there is an inscription: РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), in the center – the quote from the afterwards to "The Book of Hours" from "The Small Travel Book" published by Francysk Skaryna (for the silver coin the quote is made with pad printing), below it – the ornamental element from the "The Small Travel Book", to the left and right there are fragments of illustrations from "The Small Travel Book" bearing the year of issue (to the left); beneath — the denomination:
