Obverse
in the center - a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus, under it are indicated: the year of minting (on the silver one - the fineness of the alloy); around the circle there are inscriptions: in the upper part - "RESPUBLIKA BELARUS", in the lower part - "ДВАЦЦЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ" - on silver and "АД3ІН РУБЕЛЬ" - on copper-nickel.
Reverse
in the central part - a relief image of the Church of St. John the Baptist in the village of Kamai and a stylized seal with the dates of construction: XVII – XVIII; at the top left there are inscriptions: КАМАI, ПОМНІКІ ARKHITEKTURY BELARUSІ, at the bottom there is an inscription: КАСЦЁЛ ЯНА ХРЫСЦIЦЕЛЯ.
