The coin is round in shape with a raised rim on the obverse and the reverse. The coin’s edge is reeded.
Obverse: in the center, within a circular geometric ornamental pattern, – the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus with the year of issue beneath it and the alloy standard to the left of it; and circumferential inscriptions: at the top – РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS) and at the bottom – the denomination: 10 РУБЛЁЎ (10 RUBLES).
Reverse: in the center — the relief image of two white water lilies, one of which is pad-printed with a dragonfly thereon: and a circumferential inscription at the top: ГАРЛАЧЫК БЕЛЫ – NYMPHAEA ALBA (THE WHITE WATER LILY – NYMPHAEA ALBA).
