The coin is round in shape with a raised rim on the obverse and the reverse. The coin’s edge is reeded.
Obverse:
in the center — the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus within a circular geometric pattern; inscriptions: at the top — a circumferential inscription: РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS), at the bottom — the denomination:
1 РУБЕЛЬ (1 RUBLE)
and at the bottom — the year of issue: 2012 in the center.
Reverse:
